At Dawatein, we love making your special moments perfect! To ensure smooth service, here’s how our returns and replacements work:

1. Advance Payment

  • No order is processed without a 50% advance payment.

  • This advance confirms your order, so please note: once booked, no refund is provided if you change your mind for any reason.

2. Replacement Policy

  • We only accept requests for damaged products. Since we record a full video of your order before dispatch, all other returns or exchanges are not allowed.

  • Customized or personalized items (like Nikkah books, pens, envelopes, toppers) are non-returnable, except in case of damage.

3. How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order on WhatsApp: +92 342 3805833.

  2. Share your order number and photos/videos of the damaged item.

  3. Our team will confirm and guide you on replacement processing.

4. Shipping for Replacement

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning a damaged item.

  • We ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during delivery.

5. Payment Adjustments

  • Any refund or adjustment (if applicable) will be processed via the same payment method used for the original order.
