This advance confirms your order, so please note: once booked, no refund is provided if you change your mind for any reason.
2. Replacement Policy

We only accept requests for damaged products. Since we record a full video of your order before dispatch, all other returns or exchanges are not allowed.

Customized or personalized items (like Nikkah books, pens, envelopes, toppers) are non-returnable, except in case of damage.
3. How to Request a Replacement

Share your order number and photos/videos of the damaged item.

4. Shipping for Replacement

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning a damaged item.
