Payment Information

For all orders, we require a 50% advance payment at the time of booking and the remaining 50% Cash on Delivery (COD) upon delivery.
 We may collect proof of payment such as screenshots or transaction IDs to verify your transaction.
 We do NOT store or access your bank account details or card information.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Process and deliver your orders

  • Confirm orders via WhatsApp or phone

  • Send updates about your order status

  • Improve our shop experience

  • Respond to your inquiries

  • Maintain internal records

 

3. Order Processing & Payments

Dawatein processes orders on a 50% advance payment and 50% Cash on Delivery basis.
 Your payment details are only used to confirm the transaction and are not stored by us.

 

 

4. Sharing Your Information

We only share your information with trusted third parties required to complete your order:

Shipping Partner

  • Leopard Courier receives your name, phone number, and address to deliver the order.

Platform

  • Shopify securely stores order and customer data.

No Selling of Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to anyone.

 

 

5. Marketing & Media Use

We may use your photos or videos only after taking your permission.
Without permission, we will never post your content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any platform.

 

 

6. Customer Accounts

Customers can check out as guests.
 You are not required to create an account to place an order.

 

 

7. Data Storage & Retention

Your data may be stored in:

  • Shopify Admin

  • Our phone (WhatsApp order confirmations)

  • Google Drive, Excel, or internal notes — for order management only

We retain order information for legal, tax, and business reasons unless you request deletion.

 

 

8. Data Protection

We take steps to keep your data safe, including:

  • Limited access to customer information

  • Secure WhatsApp communication

  • Protected Shopify backend

  • Safe storage of order records

However, no method is 100% secure; Shopify provides its own industry-standard security features.
